Return POLICY
• Products must be checked thoroughly against the invoice upon delivery
• As for damaged or expired products, clients must bring that to our attention within 48 hours of receiving the shipment with proper evidence of their claim
• Due to Covid-19 health regulations, we do not take product returns. For valid claims, customers will be entitled to invoice credits
• We do not have responsibilities for products being delayed or damaged in the transit. All our products are sold as FOB Calgary. Freight is buyer’s responsibility. To mitigate risks, clients are advised to take freight insurance
